Returns & refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind, preference, or incorrect sizing.
Size exchanges
We are happy to offer size exchanges only , subject to stock availability.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at britowata@gmail.com , including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
International orders
Please note that we are not responsible for delays, duties, or customs fees on international orders.
